Unlike large catering companies built around volume, Chef Ted centers each event on personal attention. From one-on-one planning to the final details of setup and service, your event has a chef in the kitchen and a thoughtful team supporting the evening.
Master Chef Ted Hallson founded Chef De Cuisine from a love of food, fine art, people, and happiness. His background includes The Culinary Institute of America in New York, restaurants in New York and Chicago, and years designing events in his hometown region of the Twin Cities.

Pricing approach
Working within your budget is a top priority. A complimentary consultation with Chef Ted helps shape the right solution for your event, with costs itemized around chef fee, grocery cost, and service staff.
Priced per person and based on the party style and level of onsite service.
Reimbursed at cost, with wholesale pricing passed directly on to you.
Servers and bartenders are $30 per hour per person with a four-hour minimum.
